Using wire, moulded to shape, and decorated with recycled plain and crystal beads to create a charming wall decoration.

These mermaids come all set with a hanging hook on clear thread, but can easily be supported in a ‘swimming position’ on the ceiling using supports. They are very light and are a total one-off, unique present as each mermaid created has her own little differences of shape.

From the top of her hair to the bottom of her tail, she measures approx 70cm tall and is 40cm across, although each one is unique.

The Mermaids can be displayed in the garden, but be aware that some rusting may occur over time.

I have my Mermaid on the wall at home with a light trained upon her. She creates great shadows and, sometimes, a rainbow if the sun catches the crystal in her hair.
